About Us

Where Tradition, Skill, and Story Come Together

Every building has a story, and our role is to honour it. From restoring original features to crafting bespoke joinery that feels true to its surroundings, we approach every project with care, expertise, and a deep appreciation for heritage architecture. Step behind the scenes and meet the people who bring that philosophy to life.

Our Tradition

From our workshop in Lincolnshire we create and restore joinery with a level of care that honours the buildings we work on — whether a listed property, a period home, or a space that simply deserves to be treated with respect. Every detail is considered, every profile is accurate, and every piece is made in‑house by specialists who understand the responsibility of working with heritage architecture. This commitment to authenticity, precision, and long‑lasting quality is what sets our work apart.

Our Skills & Story

Behind the Craft

The strength of our work comes from the people who shape it. Our team brings together years of experience in joinery, restoration, and heritage craftsmanship, each person committed to work that feels honest, precise, and built to last. These are the individuals who carry our values forward every day.

Behind every project is a team of craftspeople who take pride in their skills and the responsibility of working on homes with history. From the workshop floor to on‑site installation, each member plays a vital role in delivering the quality we’re known for. Meet the people who guide our approach, set our standards, and ensure every piece of joinery reflects the care and character at the heart of our business.

Joiner // owner

Pete Nutting

Pete has held various roles within the joinery industry including bench joiner, workshop manager, fitter, surveyor and production manager.
In 2008 he took all this experience and set up a small workshop on his own.
Fast forward to today and Heritage Windows and Joinery goes from strength to strength with Pete and Keith at the helm.

During his downtime Pete likes to spend time with his wife and family.
Both his children are keen cricketers and Pete is a cricket coach at his local club. He is a singer and guitarist in a covers band and also tries to catch a game at Lincoln City.

Joiner // owner

Keith Fletcher

Keith’s been in the joinery game for over 25 years, working with great local companies like Lindum Joinery, Newark Glass, and United Windows & Glazing. For the last 10 years, he’s been running his own business, Keith John Joinery, putting his experience and pride into every job.

When he’s not working, Keith’s a big Lincoln City supporter and still has a go at playing football (emphasis on tries). At home, he’s got a wonderful wife and three kids — Freddy, Oscar, and Mylo — who keep life busy and fun.
